Shipping & Delivery

Due to Covid-19 restrictions we are experiencing delays in processing orders.  

Please allow up to 7-21 business days for your order to be dispatched.  

We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.  Pre-orders please allow up to 1-2 weeks to be dispatched.

Shipping times

We ship out all orders of Fraser Coast in Queensland, Australia.  We do not currently ship outside of Australia.  We ship to all areas within Australia with the exception of remote Islands. Orders estimated shipping times within the following areas are as follows:

• Queensland will arrive approximately within 1 - 8 business days
• New South Wales will arrive within approximately 2 - 11 business days
• South Australia will arrive within approximately 4 - 12 business days
• Western Australia will arrive within approximately 10 - 16 business day
  • Victoria will arrive within approximately 3 - 12 business days. 

Automatically calculated at checkout (this excludes wholesale orders).  We do not currently ship outside of Australia.  We ship to all areas within Australia with the exception of remote Islands. Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout, as we are not liable for your package being delivered to an incorrect address. Whilst all packages shipped by us usually require a signature on delivery, due to Covid-19, we are unable to offer this and all deliveries will be left in a safe place (contactless).  Once the packages are handed to Australia Post & Sendle, we will not take responsibility for parcels taking longer than the stated time on your tracking link as we have no control on the speed of your delivery of your parcel.  White Beach Co. are not liable and will not accept any responsibility for parcels that are delivered and go missing. 

SENDLE  COVID-19 update: Because of high parcel volumes and covid precautions, deliveries might take a little longer.  Sendle will keep updating the delivery estimates for you.
